How To Consume HIKARI

For those with indigestion: Start by taking the product 5 minutes before a meal, gradually extending to 15 minutes, 30 minutes and eventually 1 hour before a meal as the body adjusts.

When To Take

Take on an empty stomach: 1 hour before meal or any prescribed medication, or at least 3 hours after meal:

How To Take

Drink a glass of water first. Then, pour the entire sachet of powder directly under your tongue in 2–3 portions. Allow it to dissolve slowly with your saliva to maximise absorption through the capillary blood vessels, ensuring efficient delivery of nutrients into the bloodstream. Drink another glass of water.
